ETI - can't record video(BUY FROM Handango)
Dear sir/ma'm,
I am using a Nokia 6260 at present. I saw ETI Camcorder2 on my friend's 6600 and found it amazing. I bought it from Handango for my 6260, but to my disappointment, I cant record video using ETI Camcorder2. The program starts up normally but as soon as I click to start recording a video, the application shuts down. I request you to please help me with this issue. My 6260's firmware is 3.0515.0. Any help will be greatly appriciated.

6260 has the record video function, but you can't change the mobile screen into the mobile shot and kinescope state. Thus, it can startup its own program. As to this function, eti program can't screen.

I would like to tell you that,as mailed earlier, on my
Nokia 6260, ETI Camcorder2 shuts down when I try to
record in "any mode". I do not change the screen
position once the program is switched on, but this
doesnt solve my problem too. I think you should check
the compatibility of your program and the Camera API
of 6260. Awaiting for your help,

We have tested om 6260 if you not change the mobile screen into the mobile shot and kinescope state, there is no problem. The reason cause this problem may be your mobile phone itself. I remeber that when we sale eti camcorder I, we have met the same problem. We are in the Nokia service center, it couldn't work no matter the user formated his mobile phone. If this problem appears, we can't solve. Eti sales on Handango has the evaluation period, after you are satisfied you can purchase it. I don't know if you can still get your refund, please directly contact with our sales affiliate Handango.
